Why Give?
At Sunrise we give because God has given us so much and we believe in the work He is doing! We invite you to participate and experience the blessing of investing in the work of Jesus Christ. Sunrise Community Church is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gifts are tax-deductible as long as you do not receive any goods or services and we have your correct contact information. Sunrise covers the 3.2% fee associated with credit card giving. We do not promote credit card debt in order to give, so we urge you to give only what you are able to pay without accruing interest charges.
Different Ways To Give
- Bill Pay: Take advantage of your bank's online Bill Pay service to create a recurring gift to Sunrise.
- Giving Envelope: Mail or place your personalized giving envelopes in the offering. You may designate your giving on the giving envelope. To request giving envelopes click HERE
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Complete, sign and submit an EFT Authorization form for regular automatic giving to the Business Office at Sunrise Community Church. Please choose the 5th and/or the 20th of each month for the date of the transfers. Sunrise DOES NOT incur a merchant fee for this type of automatic withdrawal.
- Cash or check: Mail or place in offering.
- Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD): Would you like to give directly to Sunrise from your IRA? Take advantage of QCDs through your investment instituation. This will reduce your Required Minimum Distributions while contributing to the ministry of Sunrise.
- Stock Gifts: For gifts of stocks, bonds and other non-cash gifts please contact the Business Office at (916) 242-8000 ext. 1013 or email finance at sunrise.church.
