In Matthew 4:19 Jesus said...
“Come, follow me and I will make you fishers of men.”
This simple invitation sums up the purpose of Sunrise Men's Ministry:
“Come follow me…” – First and foremost, we’re following Jesus. As we go where He leads we learn to walk by faith, trusting Him and seeing that He is better than everything else.
“…and I will make you…” – As men we like to fix things, but we don’t transform our lives, Jesus does. If we follow Christ He will form us into His image and change us from the inside out.
“…fishers of men.” – Christ is forming us into men on mission. It’s a mission where our lives impact the lives of other men as we learn to communicate our faith and multiply our faith. This mission requires courage, obedience, faith, and fortitude with Christ paving the way.

2025 Men's Conference
May 2-4, 2025
Our annual Men's Conference has moved to the first weekend of May. The speaker will be Darin McWatters, the Lead Shepherd at Fullerton Free Church. Prior to his current role, Darin served as pastor of Teaching and Mission at Arbor Road Church, teaching and campus pastor at Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, Program Director and Co-Founder of the Joshua Wilderness Institute at Hume Lake Christian Camps, and lead singer of the Christian band Everybodyduck. Cost will be $229 person.

Starting September 10th, we will be embarking on the journey to Commissioning by the Christian Men's Network through studying the first of nine (9) course books, Maximized Manhood. Come join us in the crucible and earn your sword (literally, with your name on it) as a commissioned minister to men.
