Special Guest Speaker Stan Lubeck - Pastor Stan has a broad experience leading change in churches of every size, from a church he planted to serving in larger churches as a Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor and most recently as a Virtual Executive Pastor. He was also Francis Chan’s youth pastor and hired Francis in his first ministry role. Francis says, “I don’t believe that anyone has had a bigger impact on my spiritual life than Stan Lubeck. He discipled me during my high school and college years, helping me form habits that continue to this day. He has been a godly and faithful example to me for 35 years!”
