This Christ-centered, one-hour class integrates stretching exercises and mindful breathing with praise and worship music and meditation on scripture. For beginner and intermediate fitness level. No registration necessary, just drop in and join us. Suggested donation of $5 per class. First class is FREE to new attendees! Bring a mat and water bottle. For those needing them, mats are provided.
